'Full details to be anounced nearer the show'

FRIDAY 6th AUGUST

Talk/demo - Introducing the audience to the opportunities available when combining ceramics with other materials to make contemporary jewellery, using images from her new book to illustrate the exciting possibilities. Signed copies will be available on her stand.

2:00pm Charles Bound Talk/demo
"I have heard Charles Bound compared to, and categorised with, other potters who have chosen wood-firing as the medium to achieve their work. That Charles uses fire and clay is undeniable, but the similarity ends there" said Anthony Hepworth. Charles doesn't do many talk/demos so this is a fantastic opportunity to see a master at work.

3:30pm Wendy Lawrence 'Texture, Fire and Form'
Talk/demo - Wendy will give a demonstration of various hand-building techniques and surface decoration including glazing and carving patterns and textures into clay.

SATURDAY 7th AUGUST

11:00am Margaret Frith 'For the love of Porcelain'
Talk/demo - Margaret will do a presentation of her workshop and travels followed by a demonstration of glazing and brushwork decoration.

12:30pm Jeremy James
Demo - A practical demonstration giving the audience an insight into the journey of one of his sculptures; from conception through to design and ultimately it's making and firing

2:00pm Peter Ilsley 'Confessions of a crystal addict'
Talk/Demo - Peter is one of the top crystalline makers in the world and has written the definitive book 'Macro Crystalline Glazes'. When lesser mortals are retired, at nearly 80 Peter is still travelling the world doing talk/demos and we're very grateful that he's doing one here for us at this years show.

3:30pm Yasuharu Tajima-Simpson (Taja) 'Slab built inlaid porcelain'
Demo - Taja will be creating a slab built porcelain teapot and decorating with inlay lines. He is also talking about Chun (Porcelain Blue) glaze too

SUNDAY 8th AUGUST
